At Wolf Psychology, I provide solution-focused therapy that helps you overcome challenges, build resilience, and create meaningful change. You don’t have to face it alone—I am here to support your journey. Like wolves, we thrive in connection. Whether you’re healing, growing, or simply seeking clarity, I’ll meet you where you are and help you move forward with strength and purpose.

Our Mission

Our mission is to empower individuals to create meaningful and lasting positive change within themselves, recognizing that personal growth radiates outward to enrich the lives of those closest to them. Through compassionate, client-centered counselling, we support each person’s unique journey toward healing, self-discovery, and resilience. By fostering this ripple effect, we believe that individual transformation can lead to exponential, far-reaching impact—strengthening families, communities, and beyond.

Our Approach

At Wolf Psychology, we recognize that effective treatment is not one-size-fits-all. We are committed to supporting each individual’s unique journey through a collaborative, educational, and empowering approach. Our philosophy embraces a holistic perspective, addressing the biological, psychological, social, and spiritual dimensions of well-being. This is achieved by integrating evidence-based interventions tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.

“Change is the only constant.” – Heraclitus

“Everything can be taken from a man but one thing; the last of human freedoms- to choose One’s attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose One’s own way.” – Viktor Frankl

“Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.” – Viktor Frankl

“When we are no longer able to change a situation- we are challenged to change ourselves.” – Viktor Frankl

“It all depends on how we look at things, and not how they are in themselves.” – Carl Jung

“Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.” – Carl Jung

“I am now what happened to me, I am what I choose to become. You are what you do, not what you say you’ll do.” – Carl Jung

“A deep sense of love and belonging is an irreducible need of all people. We are biologically, cognitively, physically, and spiritually wired to love, to be loved, and to belong. When those needs are not met, we don’t function as we were meant to. We fall apart. We numb. We ache. We hurt others. We get sick.” – Brene Brown

What WE Do

The Journey You’ll Take

15- Minute Initial Phone Consultation (free)

This is where we will initially connect. I will ask about what challenges you are facing and would like to address. This is also how we will determine if we would work well together. It is also a chance for you to ask any questions about the therapy process in general.

Intake Session

The first session consists of an intake interview (Background information and Personal History) where we will determine current struggles, collaboratively set goals, and together create a roadmap of how we will achieve these goals.

Follow Up Sessions

These sessions are how we will create change together. This is where we put in work to help ease suffering, get you unstuck, and go from surviving to thriving.

Wrap Up Session

The last session is dedicated to celebrating you and your achievements. We will review the tools you’ve learned and formalize a maintenance plan to help keep you on the path of success.
